Pascale Osanz Our Founder

Colour therapist, healer, teacher, and lifelong seeker.

Pascale Osanz is the founder and guiding teacher of Upwardspirale. With a lifelong devotion to colour and energy work, she developed the Spirale system as a pathway for others to reconnect with themselves, explore their purpose, and live with greater awareness and clarity.

Originally from France, Pascale moved to Australia in 1975. Her early career included work as a programme officer, journalist and broadcaster with Radio Australia and SBS radio 3EA. It was during a reporting assignment in Antarctica that she met Jean, an electronic engineer — they married in 1980 and later had two sons. Jean continues to provide logistical support for Upwardspirale.

Over the years, Pascale’s work has evolved to include colour therapy, Tarot reading, meditation, and energy healing. She runs classes in NSW, Australia where she guides individuals through courses, workshops, and private consultations.

Pascale is also the author of Spiralling Rainbows, published in 2012 — a foundation course on the Upwardspirale system and the power of colour as a tool for transformation.

The Upwardspirale Community

Our growing network of trained consultants across Australia offers personal consultations and support using the unique Upwardspirale method. Each consultant brings their own insight and experience, yet all share a commitment to healing and growth through colour, Tarot, and spiritual understanding.

Become a Certified Consultant

Start your journey as a guide in colour therapy and self-awareness.

Becoming an Upwardspirale Consultant allows you to share this transformative practice with others through one-on-one sessions. Here’s what’s required:

  • Complete Level 1 Training

    This foundation course gives you the tools, understanding, and spiritual framework of the Spirale method.

  • Obtain Your Upwardspirale Kit

    To begin your practice, you’ll need the official Upwardspirale kit, which includes:
    • A display box containing 80 galactic wands
    • 80 spare galactic wands
    • 14 galactic elixirs with droppers
    • 2 mother sprays to prepare personalised blends for your clients

  • Set Up an Email Address

    All certified consultants must have a valid email address for updates, referrals, and community access.

Become an Upwardspirale Colour Therapy Teacher

Inspire others by guiding them through the Upwardspirale journey.

If you feel called to teach, we welcome experienced consultants to take the next step and become a certified teacher.

Requirements:

  • Completion of Level 1 and Level 2 training

  • Design a 12-week course outline, to be discussed and approved with Pascale Osanz

  • Willingness to guide new students with care and clarity

As an Upwardspirale Teacher, you will:

  • Sell Upwardspirale Manuals and the book Spiralling Rainbows
  • Work closely with students as they grow in their journey
  • Provide completion certificates issued by Pascale Osanz
